Some of you may know that Ashley and I are big fans of the state fair. It doesn't matter what state. Here we are on the midway at the Tulsa state fair on the first weekend of October. Some of you may have noticed that Tulsa is not a state. You should just keep that to yourself. Ashley had been on her feet a long time when this picture was taken, but she was hanging in there.

Here I am trying to paint Robin's room. Ashley and I figure the best way to go is to periodically slap some paint on in some random places and see what happens. The new color is sort of a light green color. The wall is now done.
I am also trying to strip and repaint the toybox my grandfather made for me when I was born. It turns out that it is really hard to strip paint that is nearly 35 years old.
